Ordering Transcripts
Some employers require proof of your academic performance in the form of a transcript of your grades. You can order a transcript from your school, for a processing fee of about five dollars per order. Contact your school's registrar's office to order your transcripts.
Typically schools send a transcript directly to the recipient, which might be another school where you're applying for advance study or an employer. This ensures the recipient that they've received an official record that no one has tampered with. You may also be required to send out a copy of your diploma or certificate. This just shows proof certification or graduation. Usually a transcript is enough, but you can copy your diploma and give that directly to the requesting party.
